Yogi & Yogini Yoga Mat Jute has an excellent grip, is supple and lightweight, for comfortable and safe exercising. Suitable for light to medium intensity forms of Yoga, like Hatha and Yin Yoga. Unsuitable for intense forms of yoga, like Power yoga or Ashtanga.

Storage & Care
