All our Cashews are first smoked over whisky barrels souced from scottish distilleries. we then glaze them with japenese spices and soy, a morish snack that is great alone but excels as a pairing for whisky.
The comforting and smooth texture of a cashew nut makes it ideal for smoking. They are also packed with minerals and vitamins... but not all cashews were created equally. These nuts are sourced only from certified organic, agroforestory growers in India, ensuring a premium quality.
Whisky Smoked Glazed Cashews provide a triple hit of smoke with a glaze made using our own smoked salt and our own smoked sugar. Pair with a sherry cask whisky, or an ice-cold beer, to get a hint of the sweet warmth of the Spanish sunshine. They're also great to pack into your hiking rucksack for a Highland energy boost.
