Calanais Standing Stones, Isle of Lewis Print - Option 2
Arranged in the shape of a cross, centred around a small circle of tall stones and chambered tomb, Calanais Standing Stones, on the island of Lewis, were erected around 5000 years ago. There are many other ritual sites nearby, including three smaller stone circles, and also a modern visitor centre.
