Missing Xmas present.

My parcel has not reached its destination.
Evri received it but it not arrived. Not happy !!!
The address is in N Ireland is this a problem?
If so I was never told.
It’s meant to be a Xmas present!!
I’ve paid extra for delivery.

Arrived with a few things broken

Arrived to me rather than gift recipient which was strange. Was glad it did though as the oatcakes and jars were broken so I replaced those with similar, added a few things, packed it up much more robustly and reposted to the recipient. Lesson learnt.
