These appetisingly spiced, all-butter biscuits have a melt-in-the-mouth texture, with the Isle of Mull Cheese flavour gently warmed with harissa.  Harissa paste, a North African or Middle Eastern staple, blends chilli with garlic and other spices. Our organic blend is warm without being hot, with earthy cumin to the fore and a supporting cast of other fragrant spices. You may need to enjoy a refreshing drink alongside these. Perhaps a dry riesling or a fruity red? We encourage you to conduct your own research into what makes your preferred pairing!
